Safety Notice about rear tire tread depth being low was a BIG concern for me. Especially driving in the rain. The car was NOT delivered clean. Hair and crumbs in the seats. Mats had dirt on them and the outside was also a bit dusty. The Hub caps and rims were completely shredded in some places which is an eyesore. Car was delivered with only 79 miles on the charge which was annoying. Pick up and Drop off was not easy for someone who has never been to Atlanta, lots of unclear instruction which posed an issue while traveling with a small child. The car had a very strong air freshener in it that we had to hide in the center console because it gave us all a major headache and came off on our clothes ruining the scent of our own perfumes. Definitely did not meet my families level of cleanliness or luxury. It was quite embarrassing to have this valeted at the Ritz Carlton.
Sorry you had a bad experience. The car has brand new tires!! I don’t understand how the exterior could have been dusty when the car was delivered in the rain. I think the issue of your having a bad experience arose when you drove to the wrong terminal for your departing flight. We like to hand off at the airport for client’s convenience and you were over an hour later than you had mentioned which caused battery to be lower since we were circling waiting for you. Everyone else has been so happy.
