Juan is an AMAZING host. I had issues with my account balance after I booked so I had to rebook the same day of the trip and he ensured that I got the same price. Originally I booked for three days and had unexpected expenses that caused me to need the car two more days. Juan was very flexible and made sure that I had everything I needed. The interior of the car is clean and the car drives well! Thank you again for your help during this holiday season. Can’t wait to work with you again soon! :)
