Solid car, reasonable rate, and host delivered car and service superior to traditional rental car options and fees. Host and Turo app made whole process easy with detailed instructions and easy to understand steps for pre pick-up, during trip, and drop-off. Host was easy to reach via phone or DMs to clear up any confusion or question I had as a first time Turo renter. Overall Turo app delivered as advertised and Elite DMV definitely surpassed my expectations and next time I need a car in Washington, DC they would get my business again.
