I have my reasons and he did bring the car to me on time
Thank you for your feedback. I do want to clarify that the vehicle was delivered on time and the CarPlay/Bluetooth system was working properly. I walked you through how to connect it, but the issue seemed to be that you were trying to connect using a wire instead of the Bluetooth/wireless connection the system uses. I always try my best to help every guest and make sure they understand the vehicle before the trip starts.

The car was exactly as advertised and exactly what I needed for a short roadtrip with my son. It was great on gas mileage, clean, and reliable. I’m also thankful for the Bluetooth and CarPlay abilities. Vasili was very communicative and helpful.

The pickup was seamless and quick. The vehicle was clean inside and out. It ran well and got us from point A to B for about 3 weeks. It’s efficient and practical. Would definitely consider renting again.
