The vehicle was not safe to drive but the host was responsive
I do apologize that during your trip the belt tensioner gave and cause the belt to loosen. Unfortunately there was no prior indication it was going out. I'm glad roadside was able to help quickly and Turo was able to get you into another vehicle.
