Inside car was very clean outside could’ve used some cleaning. I was expecting better gas mileage. I got maybe at 34 per gallon also there is no reverse camera. Owner still deserves good recognition. Car got me where I needed to go in back safely without any problems.

Had a tire pressure sensor warning light issue on the first day but Aynura handled it very well and professional as the tires were changed on the previous day before pick up and the guys that installed them failed to reset the sensors properly and didn’t notice one wasn’t working. Pick up

Communication was an issue on this trip. I hadn’t got any messages from them with a day left before the trip so I checked in by the app to ask for details. The message was read at 5 pm but no response so the morning of the rental I had to call their cell number. The car was clean but it was advertised with a backup camera and there just isn’t one installed on the car. Or if there is it wasn’t working.
Thank you so much for your feedback. However, I honestly don’t feel the review was completely fair. I never advertised the vehicle as having a backup camera, and if you check the vehicle details, the Prius C One model does not come with a backup camera installed.
