The car broke down, it wasn’t even a battery issue. It was a fuel injector issue that cost us a lot of money trying to get back since Turo couldn’t lend us another car or fix the issue.

Thank you for your feedback. However, I wish your review had accurately explained why the vehicle became inoperable. The key was damaged, including the chip inside it, which prevented the vehicle from starting. Because of this, I had to arrange for the vehicle to be towed a long distance at my expense. confirmed that the problem was caused by the damaged key—not a vehicle breakdow host. Need to think about when they’re going to rent a vehicle to you

Car was perfect for what we needed and did the job. Also nice to have great gas mileage! Communication was good, but there was a miscommunication and we weren’t made aware that the prior guests smoked in the car, so it unfortunately smelled like smoke and it was a bit unpleasant for the weekend.
