The host was great. The car is just extremely low to get in and out of. The car ran well and had no issues.

The car quality was good, except it sits a little low for me, the hosts were very nice because my Lyft driver dropped me off at the wrong place at the mall, so Dana brought the car to me because at my age 76, the walk was a little too much for me, but I appreciate the way there handled it, thank you Dana!

The rental was easy and clean. The pick up location address should reflect 939 N Dupont Blvd not 989.

The owner was very kind. Smooth ride. Car sits a little low so the shocks scraped on potholes and bumps but other than that the car drove realllly good. I'd rent it again.
