Ac need be recharged it blow out hot air

Would not book again. The car I chose and paid for wasn’t available. Host said it was in the “shop”. Was told I was getting an upgrade instead but the “upgrade” was nothing of the sort. It was DIRTY, and the entire car smelled like weed. I had to wipe down with Clorox wipes and vacuum out the car myself. My clothes smelled of weed whenever getting out the car. Needed car to travel to a funeral. Who wants to smell like weed for that? Also took pictures for my records. I wish the host told me upfront about the car instead of hiding that important detail. Was not offered any discounts, or any monetary refund. The only reason I’m giving it an extra star was because there were no mechanical issues with the car. Thank god.

Hi Deasia, I sincerely apologize for your experience, especially given the reason for your trip. The original vehicle became unavailable, and I offered a 2016 replacement at no extra cost in an effort to help, but I understand the condition and odor were unacceptable. That is not our standard. I take your feedback seriously and would welcome the chance to speak with you directly and make a fair goodwill resolution.
