The car was a nice car however I did not like the car had a strong smoke odor since I got it. (Which it’s listed as a non smoking car). I also did not find it convenient to have to take the car to the car wash and wash and vacuum it before return or else you’ll be charged $150. I’ve never had that requirement as Turo only requires you to keep the car clean. Additionally in order to get the car you have to call the host for the lockbox pin but first you have to verify with a photo of you and the car. Standing in the hot sun during this verification process was very annoying.
The vehicle is very nice but lastly, it shakes when braking.

Overall, the car drove fine, but the rental experience had several issues that future guests should know about. The vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke throughout my trip, which made it unpleasant to drive.
The host also required me to return the car to a specific car wash before drop-off, even though Turo’s cleaning guidelines don’t require guests to wash the exterior before returning a vehicle under normal circumstances. The car wash I was directed to use felt sketchy, and I did not feel safe there.
Additionally, before releasing the keys, the host required me to text a selfie of myself standing in front of the vehicle. This requirement was unexpected and made me uncomfortable.
I hope this feedback helps the host improve the experience for future renters.
