Was a great ride. Very fun to drive. Top down and wind in your hair. Host was very nice and quick to respond to communication. Definitely would choose again if ever back in Miami

It was challenging to find the car because there is not clear signage once in the garage. I had to flag down a parking attendant who drove me to the car as the aisles are not perfectly in alphabetical order (It was parked in 1QQ which was not in between 1R, 1RR and 1Q, and the garage maps did not show the garage layout. When I texted the owner about it, she did not seem to understand what I was asking.
Note about the Flamingo garage (MIA): The garage is dark, so it is hard to take photos. It is also challenging to upload them because service was spotty.
I booked the car specifically to use it as a convertible. On the second day I took it out, I attempted to bring the top down while in a parking lot. The top got stuck and would not lock in place. I watched videos online to see what the issue could be, but the trunk was latched, and it was only 88 degrees that day (I messaged the owner and she said it gets stuck sometimes when the trunk is not latched or if it is hot outside, which is not something that was advertised when I booked it). I was late for an appointment because I could not get the top to come back up for several minutes. I never got to use it as a convertible.
Because it is a soft top, it is very loud when driving it on the freeways, which is to be expected, but given that I did not get to enjoy the convertible function, it was a definitely a downside.
Additionally, the blue tooth connected to my phone, so calls would come through, but it did not connect to my GPS or spotify, so I had to wear airpods in the car to be able to hear directions. Again, I watched videos to see if I could correct the situation, but I could not.
The car was clean and handled well, so that was a plus.
I'll admit some of this was likely user error on my end, but the convertible malfunctioning was not. It would have been a lot less expensive to rent from one of the traditional car rentals. I'm overall pretty disappointed with my first TURO experience.

Love the car, so much fun! Easy pick up and drop off. Changed the drop off location for convenience which was easily accommodated. Smooth and enjoyable experience.
