The rudest host I’ve ever dealt with on Turo. I arrived late due to my car being towed, but I was still within the time I paid for. The host then claimed he only does business from 8 AM–8 PM, which is nowhere in his listing.
His communication was rude, and I was left standing outside in the freezing cold waiting several minutes for the lockbox code. If I could have canceled and gotten a refund, I would have. One star for the lack of basic customer service.
This guest was unbelievable & didn’t respond to my messages. The guest was 2 hours late & didn’t communicate at all about her running late or anything. Then randomly shows up at 10 pm at night stating she’s here at the vehicle. Mind you, I was at work & I still accommodate her & she was in the vehicle within 3 minutes. So the several minutes is a lie. She loved the car & rated it 5 stars. She leaves a very spiteful and pessimistic review. I’m a 5 star host out of 400+ trips at this current time
