Unfortunately the previous renter who returned hours before your booking smoked in the car, and while we did attempt to use an ozone machine and deodorisers in the vehicle,I do acknowledge it wasn’t enough and would like to sincerely apologise for this!
The tire tread is a software issue from Tesla from when we did our last tire rotation, we needed to enter the data into the car — the tread was not actually low. So sorry!
