The host was outstanding! I needed a late night pickup at the train station and they accommodated every ask. When in Detroit I hope they will have a vehicle available for me again! They went above and beyond to ensure my rental experience was top tier!

The check engine light was on, so I declined to use the car. However they tried to resolve the issue promptly. Customer service was good.
