The app is fine.
The host was absolutely unhelpful. It took more than an hour to find the car - No clear instructions. They received my info, then I didn’t hear from them again. The car smelled Smokey, shakes over 60MPH, and clearly has bad bearings.

REQUEST YOUR REFUND FOR PARKING VIA TURO The host promised me a refund and didnt follow through. I have proof of a 44.12 parking bill leaving the airport. The host said theyd refund through venmo after drop off and ghosted me.
I contacted Turo and had the worst customer service experience of my life. I've used turo a lot with no issues, but im deleting the app.
Renting the car was a fine experience. It is honestly the customer service from turo that made this so awful.

Joshua parked the car in the wrong location causing us to have to pay a 45 dollar fee. We told him this and he decided to go to turo and their customer service. We are always willing to work with our guest for reimbursement.
Parking was only partially reimbursed. Message was sent for clarity but no response on partial reimbursement. Return drop-off was not as easy as pickup

The inside of all the windows and the outside was dirty. I cleaned the inside and went through a car wash as soon as I picked it up. The oil change sticker was also stating that service was due at 45,000 miles and the odometer was reading almost 52,000 miles.

Car pick up really easy and smooth. Drop off easy and simple. No complaints. Perfect for my wife and I over the weekend and for game day in Ann Arbor!
