Car smelled of cigarettes, yuck and it rattled from the time of pick up. Make sure these people inspect their vehicles in between rental dates.
Hello Keisha, I am sorry for your experience with us. We told you before the trip the previous guest smoked in the car and we didn't have time to get it out fully. Also the rattle that you heard have been fixed it was only a loose part. We have an updated inspection form that we got last week from the dealership to prove the car is perfect to drive. We have cleaned out the car fully and got the smoke smell out since n
