Very dissatisfied with my service when I picked up the car, the car smelled like smoke, which was notified by the owner, which I do thank him for doing that but I’m dissatisfied because Turo only wanted to give me a $30 credit after renting the car for five days I had to deal with smoking in the car for five days. I had young kids in the car and my girlfriend were just had a kidney transplant and that smoke in the car infected them and I felt like I was definitely not compensated properly

The car was not clean, and there is a mechanical issue in the rear passenger. I was told the interior had been cleaned but I’m assuming the owner was misinformed because that was definitely not the case the mats, the seats, someone wasted something near the gear shift and it has an order. I just needed a ride from the airport home and back so my dad didn’t have to pick me up, but for the rate it’s unacceptable.
