Car was a little rough but still served us well. Pickup, dropoff, and communication were all excellent. Would rent again.

Ran rough and is in rougher conditions then we thought. Felt like it was going to shut off a few times but Susanne is very responsive and I’m sure they’ll get it fixed right up! The convertible is definitely nice to have!
Thank you for your feedback however I took the car to the Ford Dealer and have them to do a complete check on the car. The service advisor informed me that the car working perfectly fine.

Car ran well. Some minor cosmetic issues that were clear in the daylight that weren’t expected from the nighttime pre-rental photos.
