Had a good time runs. Good host was very understanding. Due to traffic. Turned in the car with no problems and wouldn't mind renting again. Overall, the car was great. The host was great, but the app should send a text message on telling somebody to check out.Been at home for hour and didn't know.I had to press checkout as a first time user
