Car drove very smoothly, clean and comfortable, easy to park, perfect for our week in Chicago. George made the whole process extremely smooth, meeting us curbside at the airport. We hit a pothole our first day, and blew a tire! The Turo roadside was great and sent someone who swapped out for the spare. George was very understanding, and met us in the city to bring us an extra tire. Thanks again, for a great week!

I was nervous to try TURO, but the older car we rented was really clean and worked great. George was extremely helpful and flexible throughout the process-even after I gave him the wrong arrival time, he worked it out to be there waiting for us at the curb at the airport. When we dropped off it was the same, seamless.
