The car was clean, reliable, and easy to drive. Pickup and drop-off were smooth, and everything went well overall. Would definitely rent again!

AC or something leaked in driveway. Filth and food in middle console. But the car drove well, incredible mileage. Would drive again if they got it cleaned.

Pick up was easy. Maintenance required light was on however, the host did warn me of that. I didn’t feel very safe in the car mechanically it seems there’s things wrong. The brakes are not good. It kind of shakes over 50mph- not sure what’s causing that.
The car has 3 air fresheners hanging from the mirror, because it doesn’t get cleaned. It’s quite dirty. A huge crack in the windshield going from the left all the way to the right side, which I contacted the host about immediately as I didn’t want to get a ticket for this. He did say he would compensate me one day discount for the cracked windshield..
I am waiting for this adjustment. But because of this and other obvious mechanical problems, I would never rent again from this host again.
I personally would worry to rent my vehicle in this condition, for fear people could be hurt driving.

I immediately requested her to cancel the trip and she requested to compensate with 1 day free which I did ,but still she drove beware of this scammer she like to get refund .
