It was an easy process, no issues. Great experience, car ran good.

Bad experience. We rented the car for 19 days. Car broke down after only six days of rental. Owner didn't seem to care that we are a family stuck in the middle of our trip. Later on the owner claimed that we drove 12,644 miles in 6 days. Which is 2,107.3 miles per day. Which is 87.8 miles per hour for 24 hours a day for six straight days. He is trying to steal almost 2,000 dollar from us for this ridiculous amount of miles which are impossible not for a car and not for a human to do in such a short time. He says he understands that the number of miles is not possible for a six day trip but still he is asking turo to charge me for them and to pay him nearly 2,000 dollar extra.

When the car was recovered, we discovered that the car broke down because Yair put diesel fuel in the tank instead of regular unleaded fuel. That caused several problems including both the engine and the hybrid battery shutting down during his trip.
With regard to the additional mileage, I told Yair this request was sent in error and immediately cancelled the reimbursement request. I don’t believe Yair seen the cancellation notification that was emailed to him.

My first time using Turo and this was a really good experience. From the time I booked, to the time I dropped off, anytime I had a question, Presto responded within a minute. The quality of the car was a little different than I anticipated, with the car showing a lot of usage, but it was a good ride overall. The cost was affordable, gas and mileage was worth it, love hybrid cars. I was able to pick up from the airport from my gate and Presto was in constant communication, even though it was a really early flight. The car was at the terminal and ready for me after picking up baggage. When I dropped the car off at my gate, early flight- again, Presto was waiting for me at the terminal. Super reliable and I would definitely book this car again. Thanks so much Presto!
