Air conditioning wasn’t working and owner didn’t inform us about it. We suffered from the heat
Hi Julia, thanks for your feedback. I’m sorry the trip was uncomfortable. The AC was working properly before the trip started, and no issues were reported at pickup. Unfortunately, mechanical problems can happen unexpectedly. If I had been notified during the trip, I would’ve tried to help resolve it right away. I appreciate you letting me know and will have the vehicle checked again.

The breaks were loud every-time I stopped it would screech regardless of how I pushed on the breaks. That was my only issue. Other then that it was a good ride
