Host leaves the keys unlocked in the car at pick up and drop off. Extremely unsafe and it could led to it being stolen

Hi Kristi, thank you for your feedback. For contactless pickup and drop-off, the vehicle is remotely unlocked at the designated time so guests can access the vehicle without needing to meet in person. This is part of the established check-in/check-out process and is done intentionally for a smooth pickup experience.
The vehicle is not simply left unattended with the doors unlocked indefinitely as the vehicle itself was parked 15-30 min prior to your pick up time for you to pickup in hourly lot
Car was amazing, pickup was straightforward and actually in a better location than the car rental companies.
