The car was filthy on the exterior. Side windows were extremely unsafe with adhesive struck all over them per the host’s own admission. Wasn’t a big deal until I started driving in the sun. Vehicle had major steering and breaking issues whereby I had the car picked up. Per Turo they were canceling the reservation. The car was picked up by host after I filed my concern and request for cancellation.

Outside of car was dirty, the windows have a tint that makes it extremely difficult to see not because it’s dark, but it’s blurry. Good on gas

I was in a super rush the day I picked it up.
I think there is a serious problem with some type of aftermarket window tint which makes it very difficult to see traffic on the side through the rearview mirror. It's just very very unprofessional.looking and is a hazard.
The owner was going to let me take it back, but I was in a complete hurry. I
I didn't have time to deal with that since I had to go pick up my date and had appointments..
I was just going to grab one of my trucks instead but i used the Vehicle anyway.
Honestly it's cheaper for me to run to the airport and get a nice rental brand nee car then a used no problems at all instead of using Turo.
I will see if I get a discount if not there really isn't any need to use Turo .
I did message the owner and he did say to bring it back and he would credit me, but it was too late. I was already committed.
Also, the check engine light is on
I really wanted to give him one star to give me credit
The check engine light was caused by the untightened gas cap from the previous guest. It went away after some driving. I informed this guest about it before the trip started. None of the previous guests complained about the window tint. This guest made a big deal about it. I asked him to bring the car back immediately and he chose not to. You can see from his comments how aggressive and demanding he is.
