The pick up & drop off was super easy & convenient! I didn’t even have to meet anyone in person as they have a key lock box at the location. The car itself is good - best part is how much you save on gas (I only had to fill the tank once over the course of 3 days). The hosts are really nice & understanding if you are running late, need to extend your time, or have any questions. They did take a bit of time to approve my license & respond to my messages so you might need to wait or nudge them with a phone call/Turo support but, otherwise, this was a great first experience for me using this app!
