Tesla's Model 3 is one of the world's best-selling electric car in history, Popular Mechanic's 2018 car of the year, an IIHS Top Safety Pick +, and as quick as a Lamborghini Gallardo. This car includes a "Keep Colorado Wild Pass" (https://cpw.state.co.us/keep-colorado-wild-pass), giving you free access to all Colorado state parks (Charfield, Cherry Creek, Eldorado, etc: https://cpw.state.co.us/state-parks) during your rental! If you like tech and also like cars, this 2020 LR AWD Model 3 is for you. The $60k sticker price includes the following options: heated front and rear seats, keyless entry (using your cell phone!), dual motor all-wheel drive, LED interior lighting, tinted windows, front and rear moonroof, front and rear trunk storage, navigation, premium connectivity, backup camera, auto folding and dimming mirrors, premium sound system, LED daytime running lights, FSD, autopilot, summon, auto-park, sentry mode, and more! Its 346hp motors can get you from 0-60mph in 4.2s and are rated for 116MPGe, allowing you to travel ~280 miles on a single charge. From December - April this Model 3 will be ready for winter, equipped with 3 peak rated high efficiency snow tires. From April - December it will have the best max performance summer tires (Continental ExtremeContact Sport 02: https://www.tirerack.com/tires/surveyresults/surveydisplay.jsp?type=MP). Rims will change between the seasons (shown in images with summer rims). I offer delivery at my discretion, please inquire for details. Ideally, I will drive to your location, pick you up, and then drive me back to my house to drop me off. Similarly for when you are returning the vehicle. Or, if you'd like to cover my Uber home, I can occasionally do that as well. This works best whenever you are within ~5mi of my house, and is likely not applicable to airport delivery. You are always welcome to pick the car up from my house as that is usually the easiest route. The vehicle is normally available on short notice. However, to give me a bit of time to get the car prepared for you, I have it set for a minimum of a few hours notice. If you need less notice than that, I'd recommend still making the booking and inquiring on short notice availability. Feel free to "add this car to favorites" to help you find it for future trips and if you have questions you'd like to ask me, you can always make a trip request to get the dialogue going and then cancel the request (within one hour of booking it) for free. Lastly, Turo wants me to tell you that while the pictures I have uploaded of the Tesla are "off-road" (on an unpaved road), driving the vehicle off of a paved road during your trip is prohibited during your Turo trip. Additionally, please note that this car is equipped with a security device that collects driving data. This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle location, mileage, driving behavior, and time driven. This information may be shared with third parties for vehicle recovery or insurance purposes. Looking forward to meeting you and helping you explore colorful Colorado! - Matt

Air mattress
I have available both a queen plug-in (120V) inflatable air mattress and a twin-sized Tesmat designed to "car camp" in the climate-controlled Model 3 once you fold down the rear seats! Both are $50/trip. More information on the Tesmat: tesmat.com
$50/trip2 available
Prepaid EV recharge
Save time and make dropoff a breeze by adding this Extra, which allows you to return my car without fully recharging as long as it is returned with at least 20% of range.
$20/trip
My house is a block from this location! I will either meet you in person or I will have the car parked nearby for you to pick up remotely!
No smoking or pets. Up to a $250 fee will be charged for cleaning. Seriously, no smoking. Please be careful when parking in the city. The rims are very susceptible to curb rash on the sidewalk and are quite expensive ($300) to repair. Excessive hard driving (heavy accelerations and braking at my discretion) will result in a less than 5 star review. Please treat the car as if it's your own :)
Unless you select the Prepaid EV Recharge option, you will be charged according to Turo guidelines (https://help.turo.com/en_us/paying-for-fuel-rJkqN4eV9) based on the charge difference from pickup and drop off: * 0% - 10% difference = No charge * 11% – 30% difference = $5 + $10 convenience fee * 31% – 60% difference = $15 + $10 convenience fee * 61% – 80% difference = $20 + $10 convenience fee * 81% – 100% difference = $25 + $10 convenience fee + $20 low battery fee
There is free street parking all around my house (first come, first serve but I have never had an issue finding a spot). Another popular spot is a Starbucks near my house. They have no rules against overnight parking.
Teslas are pure electric, so you need to charge it. No gas at all. Fortunately, there are many different options for charging: * Tesla Superchargers: ~75mi in 5min, ~180mi in 15min (tesla.com/supercharger). ~$30 for a full charge. * Public charging stations: ~25mi/hr (plugshare.com). ~$20 for a full charge. * Normal 110V outlet: ~4mi/hr (anywhere you can charge a cell phone). ~$10 for a full charge. The vehicle will have a J-1772 adapter in the car for access to AC level 2 chargers. It does not have a CHAdeMO or CCS adapter. To use a supercharger, just park next to one and plug in! It will bill my credit card on file and I will submit a reimbursement request at the end of your trip. Note that it is damaging to the battery to let the vehicle's state of charge drop below 15%. Additionally, the vehicle uses battery power even when idle (like when it is parked overnight) to the tune of ~1% every 2 hours. Please plan accordingly.
Yes! My car has access to Tesla's autopilot and even FSD ($12k option). Full attention of the vehicle is required as the software is still very much in beta. More information is available here: https://www.tesla.com/support/autopilot

Had an amazing trip with Matt's car. It was our first ev experience and we loved it. The car made getting around this complex city a breeze and it handled a mountain trip with ease. It has so many little things that make life easy that it's hard to consider not owning one like it. I truly enjoyed having this car for a few days. Thanks Matt!
