Car was in ok condition. Not clean but not dirty inside. Missing panel by passenger side mirror that I didn't see in picture when booking. Key was low battery and took multiple uses occasionally to open doors and trunk.
Showed up 15 minutes early and sat on curb until code was sent at exact time of rental.
Was told I can wash the car and access to car wash. When renting car I appreciate when car is washed and don't have take time from vacation to do.
Returned car 5 hours early and no where in app to return early, but messaged saying turning early.
Recieved message from Turo that did not return car on time.
First experience with Turo and was dissatisfied with experience.
Thank you for your feedback. The vehicle is cleaned and washed before every trip. While it may not be showroom perfect, it is prepared for each guest. The key fob battery issue was an isolated incident and had not been reported before. Turo does not allow access codes before trip start due to insurance requirements. The car wash option is a convenience, not an obligation. For early returns, the trip time must be updated in the app to complete checkout properly.

Unfortunately car was not fully cleaned and had a tobacco smoke and air freshener combined smell. Otherwise this vehicle was as described, easy to drive, and great with gas mileage.
