Loved driving this car! Pickup and drop-off were both easy. I've been thinking of buying an electric car so rented this Leaf and drove to Fort Collins. I did run into problems as there were only a few fast chargers, I won't say the charging experience was good as the charger got locked into the charger 2 separate times, but I really feel like I got a good understanding of EV'S. I found the support I received from the charging companies was excellent. I was worried I was going to be stuck in Fort Collins, but support calmed me down and assured me it works get unstuck, or unlocked, and they did. There are lots of tricks and things to get to know, and other EV drivers were really nice and full of information. One important note when renting - charging slows way down after you hit 80% - it's a battery thing all electric cars run into - but if you're trying to recharge before you return car, it will take you longer than planned. I highly recommend buying the option to return the car without having to recharge it first. After all this, I'm buying a Nissan EV. Charging in Denver went very smooth and the car was great and really fun to drive.

Easy and flexible pick up and drop off. Since I had to return the car 9 days early because of family illness it would have been nice if they had considered giving me a credit for next time, if they could rerent it. They declined to consider this. That would have been 5 stars.
