Car was a little dump. Brakes and tires were absolutely horrible.!!

Danielle did not look at my listing pictures OR read my initial welcome message warning about the lhail damage on this vehicle. When I mentioned this she took a closer look and presumably read my welcome message and apologized. I can't make guests pay attention to their lives.
The brakes were actually changed 5k miles ago and tires are fine. She even extended 1 extra day.
All around it was great, from the vehicle to the host, everything was perfect plus I was lucky enough to find the rental last minute so I’m grateful for the host being there and ready with a vehicle to help.
