This is not completely accurate. We prepared the car, waited for the guest, but the guest did not show. After an hour w/o any engagement from the guest, we pulled the car.
If there is no communication from the guest in the chat thread AND the trip has started still w/o any communication from the guest, our protocol is to cancel for a variety of reasons. Perhaps the booking was fraud or a mistake.
