Originally, I rented a Kia Cadenza. However, the night before I left for Denver, the owner messaged me saying he had to switch out the vehicle because the battery kept dying. I agreed to the replacement vehicle because it was last minute, and no other affordable cars were available. I did appreciate the honesty about the Cadenza, but keep in mind this is Labor Day weekend last minute. Once I arrive to the Kia Optima, it was obvious that this was their personal vehicle. While I can semi get pass the numerous scratches and marks on the outside, the inside was totally unacceptable. It was dirty with stains, crumbs, and a funny smell. I didn't get the car until 1:30pm, so I'm not sure why it couldn't have been cleaned out more efficiently before dropping it to the airport for me to pick up. I attempted to speak with Turo about the vehicle, but they just give you the run around. It was definitely NOT worth the $400 plus I paid. I will NEVER use Turo again.

Host was great. Very clear instructions for drop off and pick up.
The car has a few more scratches and door dings than I would have expected.
It drives fine. Good gas mileage.
