The car had like some type of animal hair in it. The sense of it was too strong, and the pictures don’t match the car in person.
We are sorry that happened. While we try to clean the car the best we can, sometimes some it is difficult to get them all, even though there is no pet policy for this car. As for the pictures, it is the exact same car in the pictures.
