I will never order through Turo again. I booked through Priceline to get the best rate and this is what they gave me and I had no idea what Turo even was. My first car got canceled, so they had to give me another vehicle. I was told the car was in the parking lot, a 3 minute walk from baggage claim. Then I get there and the car is 45 mins away from the airport and totally out of the way of my destination. I paid 50 for the uber from the airport and then asked if I can get the DIA drop off but when I went to return, the return address still said the same drop off as before. I then had to take another uber from there to the airport, another 50 bucks. I filled the gas before I left fortcollins but I didn’t have time to fill it back up perfectly so I’m sure I’ll be charged for that. Not to mention, the computer deck didn’t work, I couldn’t hook up my phone for the map or to charge it the whole time I had the car. I had no idea what the temp was in the car the whole time. It was a great deal, until it wasn’t. Would have just paid the extra to be taken to the car instead of paying additional for all my Uber trips to the car/airport. No thank you. Never doing that again, what a complete headache.

He changed the car on me last minute. The car wasn’t functional and wasn’t told about the issues. I had to cancel everything and go to normal car rental place. Please do better.
