The car was exactly I needed for my 3-day stay in Denver. The hosts were wonderful! They were patient and did their best to assist me when I was having issues with the app, which was very much appreciated. They also allowed me to extend my trip by a few hours. The car itself was very clean, comfortable and drove well. The features were a little confusing for me to figure out at first, but no complaints there as this is typical. Overall, would book again. Thank you!

Host was great, good communication and prompt. The car on the other hand was a different story. Shook a lot, definite transmission issues
There are NO transmission issues with this car - in fact the transmission fluid has been recently changed as part of our maintenance program. We have two of these tiny Fiats and they both vibrate on idle - it’s just the way they are! Also, it’s a manumatic transmission which means if a renter doesn’t know how to put it in D and not the gear selector area, then the car will rev highly with normal driving. It would be NICE if a renter simply reached out for information before slandering our car!

This little car worked great for us on our trip. Very clean and fuel-efficient, with nice touches like a cell phone holder and USB-A charging adapter in the cigarette lighter for us to use. Communication with the owners was great, with lots of clear instructions for pick-up and drop-off.
Only cons were that the car is a little underpowered and the A/C was a little anemic. But that was fine for our purposes of driving around town and on the freeways, so we’d rent this car again. 👍🏼
