Car needs an alignment check

Pick up and communication were great. The host messaged me to let me know that the original car I reserved was not ready and the host offered a replacement which was this Chrysler. The car had a rough idle while stopped, braking felt rough and the car shook when pressed, the AC took a while for it to cool down. I would not recommend this car to be honest. Im sure the host has better cars available.
