Pick-up, drop-off and communication with the owner is very simple and easy. Had a huge problem with the car as the two front tires were in extremely bad condition that one of them blew up during the drive. I think the car needs some maintenance and repair for it to be driven comfortably as it was also having a difficult time going uphill. Other than that, car was good on gas and easy to use. I still appreciate the owners for keeping an open communication and checking in on me while renting the car.
