Easy access to the car. Instructions on how to pick up and drop off were clear and accurate. Would definitely rent a car again!

I picked up a vehicle and the host was 30 minutes late on top of that where I picked the vehicle up there was a drunk man and an insane woman saying that I was trying to break into their house also after receiving the vehicle the shape of the vehicle was not an excellent condition the tire was bald the rear suspension was going out the oil change was passed you there was a damage to the rear bumper there was exterior damage to the top of the rear hood and the tire pressure kept going low the host also knew I needed to drive to Glenwood Springs to pick up my 3-year-old . turo did not make me feel like I was going to be protected in any way so I am pretty scared to see what this is going to turn into other than that the Rental process was super easy
