Jerome’s Audi Q4 worked great for our trip—clean, smooth, and exactly as described. Jerome was a great host, very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely rent again.

The car was fine. The only upkeep required for a week was adding air to one tire twice. Great gas mileage good turbo charged wagon. The real disappointment was the pick up and drop off. A lockbox code wasn’t set to me for an hour after arriving at the car. Eventually someone just came out to open the lockbox. I really didn’t like that the car has an AirTag. I kept getting notifications from Apple that I was being tracked. The lockbox didn’t work so after I washed, fueled, and returned the car I still had to wait for an in person hand off. I appreciate that this owner really tries he sent me an apology for not delivering the lockbox code and the car was great I did love driving it. But there were just too many inconveniences for this to be a positive experience.

Pickup - the vehicle was scheduled to pickup at 3:00 pm however at
3:10pm you sent a message to us regarding a change in the agreed upon drop off location (to which you were given a window and you declined)
4:32 you stated you arrived (1.5 hours later)
4:49 given the code (security issue)
Drop off - you simply closed the inner rf blocker bag string inside the lockbox door (not tucked in the box) obstructing from closing all of the way.
