Plenty scratches on the car when picked up, hope those aren’t placed on me as I took before photos for proof. However - best service loved the car, no issues at all. Thanks so much!

Picking up the car was and issue had to walk 9mins to search car park for the first time. Return was even worst had was to go to another location to drop off.
Byron, your review is misleading. You requested Terminal B, and the car was placed there exactly as asked. Per Turo's remote check-in, guests locate the car via the app; hand-to-hand delivery wasn't part of the deal. For the return, you were 90 minutes late and ignored instructions by leaving the car in a different lot than agreed, complicating the logistics. I provided a 5-star service, but a smooth trip requires the guest to follow their own requests and the schedule.
