Car was clean and ran fine. I will say the AC didn’t work great-I’m assuming the ac needs charged or the line needs replaced- but Karen did offer to swap cars and even offered her personal car to us. We decided not to switch cars because we weren’t going to be driving it very far and didn’t want the hassle of moving car seats(if you’re a parent you understand).
Karen always responded quickly and was very kind on the phone when we spoke. Would definitely rent from her again in the future.
