Description
This 2012 Mazda 3 is really comfortable to drive, it can be a car for long road trips or short rides to work and around town. The surround sound works amazingly well and if you have a phone with an aux input you can connect and listen to your favorite music. The car is also pretty stylish even for a 2012. I love the dark blue exterior and white/tan interior. It really pops! The AC in this car is ICE COLD. perfect for those hot Florida days. There's only one small inconvenience with this car, the drivers side door lock buttons don't work, you'll need to either do it manually or lean over and hit the buttons on the passenger side! We clean our cars after every rental to give each guest the best possible experience. We ask that all guests PLEASE do not smoke in the vehicle, it is very hard to remove the odor and ruins the comfortable experience for the next guest, please be respectful. If you do smoke or leave the car in a horrible condition, we will send you a cleaning/smoking fee per Turos guidelines. Car quality inside was dirty and smelled like dogs. Vehicle was reliable. Host replied to messages quickly. Patch on the drivers side windshield was very distracting.

The car was not dirty, It's stained. I show that in the listing photos. I've changed the cabin filter and added air fresheners to help with the smell.

This was my first experience with Turo. It was a good experience. Anthony was excellent with communicating. As a first time user, I had a lot of questions and he was patient and responsive. I chose Turo, and specifically Anthony, because I could rent a car in my own town without having to drive 25 or 45 minutes to pickup it up. My car was unexpectedly out of commission so this was an ideal solution. Price point was also a deciding factor. Compared to the usual rental services, the car was older and did have more wear and tear, and some minor issues when it came to locking/unlocking the doors but once Anthony explained how to do it, it was smooth sailing.
The car was still very clean, safe, and reliable with a lot of pep (2012 Mazda 3). Fun to drive. I enjoyed my Turo experience and should the need arise to rent a car locally again, Anthony will be my first choice. Thanks Anthony!
