The car was just fine. The communication about the pickup was disappointing. Upon landing at the airport, the Turo app showed that Stephen had not approved my driver's license. I reached to him via the app to make him aware of that. He never responded to any of my messages with anything other than his form letters. We had a frustrating wait outside the car with no communication. He eventually unlocked the car remotely and we found the keys inside. Bad experience after a long day of travel.

I advised through the app that cellular service in the garage is unreliable and confirmed the vehicle had been remotely unlocked once you landed. I’m not sure why there was an extended wait at the vehicle, but I appreciate your feedback and will continue improving the pickup experience.
