Car quality was great! However the reason I gave it 3 stars was the fact that Turo is supposed to be more convenient than any generic car rental company. It was not convenient that I had to pay an exit fee out of the parking garage and had to wash the car before returning to avoid any fees. I wish these things were told to me before renting the car, or else i would have chosen a different car.
Other than that, the car drove great and it was a great trip.

Hosts do not receive any portion of those fees. Also, guests are not required to wash the vehicle before return unless it is returned excessively dirty. I appreciate your feedback and will continue working to make the process even clearer for future guests.
