Turo stopped working a day before my trip concluded and Stephen was very gracious and understanding. Stephen was incredibly communicative and easy to work with via text/phone.
Stephen’s BMW was clean and well maintained.

The car was great but the AC was broken the whole time.

Had I been notified, I would have worked to address the issue immediately. After your trip concluded, the vehicle was inspected and repaired, and the A/C is now fully functioning.
