Very nice car but did have a masked smell in it.

The car was in terrible condition and completely out of date with maintenance tires out of balance and rattles to the point where they felt like they were gonna come off the car tried my best to work with the company as soon as you pick the car up and they offered no assistance besides leaving me stranded with no car and no refund would not recommend. I have also rented from them previously I'm surprised by their actions for a repeat customer.

Hello Aaron, we are truly sorry for the issue you encountered with this beautiful A5. It turns out that unbeknownst to us, the front tire had somehow gotten a flat spot (which was causing the vibration you experienced).
Since your trip, all 4 new tires have been installed, and this A5 is riding as an Audi should.
