Blake’s communication was excellent, and I would use his service again. However, the condition of the vehicle did not meet my expectations.
The tire pressure warning light came on early in the trip and remained on even after I added air to all four tires. In addition, I received the vehicle with only half a tank of gas rather than a full tank.
The interior of the car was also not as clean as expected. Since I was attending several events with a formal dress code, the overall condition of the vehicle was particularly important to me.
Overall, while I appreciated Blake’s responsiveness and communication, the vehicle itself fell short of the standard I anticipated.
