Everything was ok except the condition of the car. I can tell now why there weren’t many photos of the car on the posting, there was damage in multiple places and an electrical issue I had to document ahead of time. The car reeked of cigarette smoke despite a very large portion of the rules stating no smoking. Got from A to B and didn’t have a choice as our flight was very delayed. Glad nothing worse.

I’m sorry your experience was less than perfected. It’s a pretty good car for being 7 years old, though not perfect. And yes, it’s disappointing when people break the rules and smoke. I had it detailed, but I guess it didn’t help. Even though you left the car on empty, I gave you a five star review. Be blessed!
