I really enjoyed renting from Ms. Keisha! I did have an unexpected issue with the car during my trip, that was out of her control but honestly, the way she handled everything made such a difference. She stayed in communication with me the whole time, was very professional, and made sure I was okay.
The biggest thing for me was that it was actually her birthday and she still stopped what she was doing to come meet me and make sure I was taken care of. She even offered me her personal vehicle while she worked on getting everything figured out. Things really could have gone so many different ways, but Ms. Keisha made sure the situation was handled and that I wasn’t left without options. I truly appreciate her going above and beyond for me. She was definitely a 10/10 host, and I would absolutely book with her again!
