Not a bad little car. I needed to do some getting around town, and it was perfect for that. Great on gas too.

The trip was fine , However host lied about resolving minor issues with vehicle that I had/have no problem taking care of instead he choose to be nasty knowing this is my only way of transportation for my kids and I . Racist and kept reiterating that he isn’t when no one asked if he was . What you’ve experienced with other renters has nothing to do with me and my character. I told you I’d get it done and that’s what I meant.

I respectfully disagree with this review, as it contains false and misleading statements. I treated the guest professionally and equally throughout the rental and made multiple attempts to resolve the matter within the allowed timeframe. The documented damage to the vehicle exceeded $4,100 and was handled through the proper claims process. This review does not accurately reflect the facts of this rental.
Booked car for 4 days. Was unable to use it on day 3 which was the day I needed to use it the most. Problem was resolved quickly but cost me extra money during the process that I wish I could’ve avoided and defeated the purpose of me having the car

Well, you said you can’t start the vehicle because the battery is dead but you text me the next day and the issue has been fixed in next hour. Btw battery was dead because you didn’t turn off the headlights which caused the battery drain.
