I don't make it a practice to cancel unless there are red flags. In this case there were, from other host reviews. I believe this is the purpose for reviews on joyh sides. Host have challenges with guests that don't respect the vehicles, or follow the rules. Liabilities are a major factor.
Everything was first class.

Car was immaculate, host was very communicative throughout the trip. Car was easily accessible, fast easy hassle free pickup and drop off. Will look forward to renting again for more in state trips!
